After that, this group prepares an estimate concerning the amount of money that is needed. The second step is to assist our clients with the water and electrical supplies, submission of the license application, provide details about the contract sign process, and to ensure that the planned building is constructed according to the client’s requirements, as well as to be completed within the timetable set.
All this time, STAR ESTATES INTERNATIONAL will act on behalf of the client, controlling the progress, costs and utility connections. We will undertake any property related function from a complete re-landscaping of a garden or painting the entire property to the simple task of arranging a monthly swimming pool cleaning service or checking that the geyser works.

When you buy your property in Greece, an annual tax declaration must be filed. STAR ESTATES INTERNATIONAL will guide you through this process. If you are not living permanently in Greece, we can collect and retain on your behalf the receipts from your foreign transfers. These are called pink slips, which prove that you are bringing money from outside of Greece to pay for your property, and that no taxes in Greece need to be paid in respect of the land contract.
